One Month Potty Training Update

Here we are one month into potty training and it has gone incredibly well. Aaron started going on the potty 3 days ago and has not had an accident. He has gone pee and poop. Avery is still doing great since day 5. Paige finally started pooping on the potty about 5 days ago. She does still have pee accidents when we are outside playing. Leah is also doing great but still goes poop in her underwear. Other than that it is really perfect. It is so great not to have to buy as many diapers. They are still wearing diapers for naps and bedtime. They wake up from most naps dry and most mornings dry too. We are going to be traveling to Florida on Sunday so I'm not sure how it will go being in the car for 6 hours. I guess we will have to stop every 2 hours for potty breaks. Rabbit

We have a mother and baby rabbit that live in our backyard. I enjoy watching them so much that I thought I would post some pictures and a video. We feed them carrots every evening and the carrots are always gone by morning.

Aaron Goes On The Potty

Aaron woke up this morning, took his diaper off, sat on the potty and went pee pee. I couldn't believe it. It was like a lightbulb went off overnight. He has been using it all morning and so far no accidents.

Potty Training Update - Day 19

Today was day 19 of potty training and things are still going well. Avery still has not had any accidents and has also been waking up dry from naps and dry in the morning. Leah is pee pee trained but still pooping in her underwear. She also wakes up dry from naps and also dry in the morning. Paige is having problems waiting until the last minute and will pee in her pants a little and then finish on the potty. This doesn't happen all the time, but at least 2 times a day. Paige has also been pooping in her underwear but tonight she finally pooped on the potty. We were all so excited and made a real big deal out of it. On occassion she wakes up dry from her nap and is dry most mornings. Aaron is sitting on the potty more often but no success yet. I tried to put him in underwear last night and after going through 2 pair in 30 minutes I decided he wasn't quite ready. I will give him a few more weeks and then try again.

Swimming Lessons

Today we started Infant Swim lessons. Please check out www.infantswim.com for more information on the program. They each get their own 10 minute lesson, 5 days a week for 4 to 6 weeks. I didn't know what to expect since all 4 were even afraid to get in the water with me. I could not believe what they were able to do during their first lesson today. She had them swimming underwater for a very short distance. Here are some videos from today.

Potty Training Update

Well yesterday was day 8 of potty training and things have been going so great. Avery has not had any pee accidents since day 3 and has not had any poop accidents since day 5. Paige and Leah are pee pee trained but will go poop in their underwear. Aaron continues to sit on the potty but no luck yet with him accidentally going pee. Also the girls are waking up dry from their nap and this morning all 3 woke up dry. We have also gone out with them on some 40 minute car rides and had no problems. I just make sure they go before we leave the house and then go when we arrive. Things are really going a lot better than I could have ever imagined.
